Vladimir Shnaydman, Ph.D, is President of ORBee Consulting. Vladimir has BS & MS Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, MS in Applied Mathematics & Operations Research, and Ph.D. in Engineering. He contributed to many industries such as biotechnology, computer networking, data storages, water resources planning and management, telecommunications, transportation, and others. Dr. Shnaydman published more than 50 papers. He is co-author of three books.

Masaki Otagiri is currently a Professor and Dean of Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sojo University. He graduated from Nagoya City University with a PhD Degree in 1975. In 1980, he joined the Pharmaceutics Department of Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kumamoto University as an Associate Professor and then promoted to Professor of Biopharmaceutics Department, Kumamoto University in 1983. After his retirement from Kumamoto University in 2009, he was appointed as Professor of Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sojo University, Kumamoto, Japan

Mirza R. Baig is currently working as a Head of Clinical Pharmacy department in Dubai Pharmacy College. He did his PhD in Clinical Pharmacy from University Science Malaysia (USM), Malaysia. He worked in Malaysia, India and have international teaching and research experience of about 16 years. He also worked as an Acting Dean in AIMST University, Malaysia. He published 4 books related to Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Care. He published more than 40 Research papers and articles in International Journals. He is in the editorial board in various international journals, including reviewer for couple of Elsevier journals. He supervised numerous master and PhD students for their research projects. He also reviewed several Master and PhD thesis for Indian and foreign universities as an external examiner. He received many awards in his career, few of it as an Outstanding scientist by a research foundation in India 2016, Best Quality Research in 2016 in DUPHAT Dubai, Best oral presentation in Dubai 2015 & 2014, Young scientist award in Malaysia in 2013, Best presentation award in IPC 2003, in India.

His area of research is Pharmacoepidemiology, Drug safety and efficacy, Drug Utilization Studies, Pharamcovigilance, and Public health.

Yavuz Selim SILAY, graduated from Ankara Medical Faculty in 2000 and 5 years at Baylor College of Medicina in Houston, Texas as an academician and researcher. MD Anderson participated in the Physician Scientist training program, which the American National Institute of Health (NIH) subvitred at the Cancer Center. After successfully moving from academia to industry, he received strategy, marketing, business and leadership training at Olin Business School in Washington University. in industries as top-level administrative decision to return to after receiving calıştı.türkiye ICG (Istanbul consulting Group) made on behalf of the world Bank under the project TC consulting the Ministry of Health.
