Title: Immune cell therapy and nuclear medicine for cancer
Biography:
Kunal Joon is working at Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences, India
Abstract:
In immune cell therapy antibodies are given against autoimmune body or cancer cells in the nuclear medicine antibody can be cultured genetically by making them secret inhibitory peptide against cancer cells to cure them
Keywords: Antibodies, DNA Forward Rolling, Genetic Engineering
In recent studies it shown in the mice the certain antibodies given to mice which are genetically modified can be given to secret the BAM protein which inhibits the growth of cancerous cell.
- Nuclear medicine
- Nuclear medicine design
- Energy doses
- It is used to maintain energy balance in patient’s bodies and level the patient’s energy.
- Antibodies
- This is used to treat virus and kill it
- It is used to kill the virus.
- Designing monoclonal antibodies
- Antibodies are designed by
- DNA forward rolling and DNA backward rolling
In this we take a gene from cancerous cell design antibody against it to supress them
Discussion: We discussed about the role of immune cell therapy and nuclear medicine relation to the cure of any type of cancer
Conclusion: Nuclear medicine can be used to cure any type of cancer at any stage

Biography:
Ram Charan Yadav completed his BSc Agri Engg and Tech with focus on Bio Systems from the then UPAU, Pantnagar in 1968 and M Tech in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering from IIT, Khaaragpur in 1970. He worked on different system involving engineering and human bio systems, worked in ICAR India and in Foreighn Assignment in Algeria, and Nigeria on design and teaching research jobs. After working for 22 year he again started PhD studies and completed his PhD in Water Resources, Civil and Environmental Engg from IIT, Mumbai in July 1997. He acquired higher positions in the Service and served as Head of multi-disciplinary Research Centre Agra, India. He conducted innovations on nitrogen cycle management and developed innovative practice of nutrient, weed management under nomenclature of zero weeding agriculture, Super-micro irrigation as superior replacement of drip irrigation and biotechnology of crop stand establishment for crop production. He received UNESCO grant for his B Tech student Project in Ahmadu Bello University, ICAR Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru Award in 1999 for Outstanding PhD Thesis work at IIT, Bombay. He received Engineering Research Fund Award for social welfare research and Thomas Edision Award 2012. He was awarded World Academic Championship in Chemical Research 2017, World Academic Championship in Biological Sciences in 2018 and again World Academic Championship in Agricultural Sciences, 2018 for his innovative research articles published in renowned international journals of reputations. He has developed Agriculture System for Vision Agriculture 2050, which will become new stake for developing World Food sustainable Sufficiency. He wrote a Book on food, health, dairy, agriculture and environment.
Abstract:
Author’s deep case by case studies on well-known families aberrations in scientific theory on xx-xy (female and male gender) first discovered by Mclung in 1902 in grass hoppers and later by Wilson and Stevens in 1905 on pretenors (Singh, 2016). The study on well-known sample cases enabled recognizing bio factor causing set back in the theory established factor responsible in vitiation of developing genders causing tremendous dis balances in families. The case study data sets having aberrated family genders enabled making families.24 pairs of data sets well known were classified in different categories vis those who had only female children i.e; no male child, second groups which had only male children without any females, third one who had balanced family having first child as female and the second child as male, with some manoeuvrations, (which were not ascertained due to uncontrolled limitations) and last group who had mixed trends of females and male children making study samples. The research article was applauded by renowned clinical surgery journal and applauded the novel data, research approach and developing results from the study. This study brought new perfection in the original discovery of year 1905. This author developed new pre conception and perfection of the systems and inducing condition enabling development of prismatism gender balance. Following this, the author brought much advancement in human biology, which will bring tremendous benefits to the gender balanced families. It will bring survival of legacies, both tangible and intangible benefits. It will enhance scientific advancements, conservation of natural resources and creating global optimum populations development.
The proposed clinical test will be conducted in fishery and frog hatchery as preliminary trial. It will be on human couples in reproductive stages given chosen to offer consent of having gender balanced family. Preconceiving gynecological perfections of organs will be imparted. The case will be advised to take food prescribed as treatments on the scientifically set timings of conceptions. Deep cares and developments will be studied till babies are born. Then necessary analyses will be carried out to bring balanced families. Assessments of the expected benefits will be carried out and finding concluded with recommendations.

Title: Amyloid precursor protein processing and alzheimer’s disease
Biography:
Kunal working at NIIMS, India
Abstract:
Alzheimer’s disease (AD), the leading cause of dementia worldwide, is characterized by the accumulation of the β-amyloid peptide (Aβ) within the brain along with hyperphosphorylated and cleaved forms. Accumulation of cerebral amyloid-beta peptide (Abeta) is essential for developing synaptic and cognitive deficits in Alzheimer’s disease.
Pathology of Alzheimer’s disease. (a, b) Brain cut sections of a patient with dementia are stained with silver dye, revealed neuritic plaques observed in panel and neurofibrillary tangle observed in panel b. The plaques in panel a consist of an amorphous reddish protein (Aβ) with dystrophic neurites (yellow arrows, dark black material). (c) An Aβ plaque observed with an anti-Aβ antibody (red) showing infiltrating microglia stained with IBA1 antibody (green).
- The APP family of proteins are large, biologically active, N-terminal ectodomains and a shorter C-terminus that consist of a crucial Tyrosine–Glutamic Acid-Asparagine-Proline-Threonine-Tyrosine (YENPTY) protein-sorting domain to the adaptor proteins X11 and Fe65 bound. The Aβ peptide started within the ectodomain and continued into the transmembrane region (red ).
- Nonamyloidogenic processing of APP involved α-secretase followed by γ-secretase is shown.
- Amyloidogenic processing of APP involving BACE1 followed by γ-secretase is shown. Both processes generate soluble ectodomains (sAPPα and sAPPβ) and identical intracellular C-terminal fragments (AICD).
APP trafficking in neurons. Newly synthesize APP (Purple) is transported from the Golgi down the axon (1) or into a cell body endosomal compartment (2). After inserting into the cell surface, some APP is cleaved by α-secretase (6) generated the sAPPα fragment, which diffused away ( green), and some is reinternalize into endosomes (3), where Aβ is generates (blue). Following proteolysis, the endosome recycles to the cell surface (4), releasing Aβ(blue) and sAPPβ. Transport from endosomes to the Golgi prior to APP cleavage can also occur, mediated by retromers (5).
Discussion: In this research we discussed about the amylotropic protein synthesis and histological study and pathological study and also serum studies and neurological study and neurochemical studies.
Conclusion: Alzheimer’s disease (AD), the leading cause of dementia worldwide, is characterized by the accumulation of the β-amyloid peptide (Aβ) within the brain along with hyperphosphorylated and cleaved forms.
